This municipally-owned boat was originally purchased to provide efficient transportation to those residents who were left without the use of a water-level access road when lake levels flooded it. When levels subsided after two years, the boat was made available for afternoon and sunset cruises. Fees are applied against operating costs with profits benefitting local non-profits. Simplicity was key when choosing Squarespace for hosting.
